Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a knowledgeable SHE Training Coordinator to oversee the coordination, quality, compliance and performance of Safety, Health and Environment training across the UK. You will manage training programmes, maintain competence frameworks and records, support Pathway LMS, and work with internal stakeholders and external providers to drive safety excellence.

The role combines strong SHE knowledge with training expertise and a passion for continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Experience of SHE training design, coordination and delivery in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental management principles.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national planning, scheduling and delivery of SHE training for employees, managers and leaders.
• Maintain support for Pathway LMS and ensure data integrity in training records.
