SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated SHE Manager to support our Central Services. You will provide health and safety guidance across divisional projects, ensuring compliance with legislation and company requirements while fostering a positive safety culture.

You will contribute to safe, sustainable operations and business value. The role involves influencing outcomes, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating with the UK SHE team to drive continuous improvements and safe practices across

Formación

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent recognised health and safety qualification.
• Experience undertaking site inspections, audits and safety monitoring, and reviewing/supporting RAMS.
• Experience investigating incidents, accidents and near misses.
• Understanding of environmental legislation regarding waste and carbon and sustainability commitments.
• Management system experience of ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
• Relevant on-site health and safety experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
