Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Birmingham to coordinate Safety, Health and Environment training for site and office teams. You will manage courses, liaise with providers, maintain records and generate reports to support our learning and development initiatives.

You will work with the SHE team to deliver essential programmes, ensuring compliance and accuracy, while promoting an inclusive learning culture across Kier’s construction projects.

Qualifications

• Strong client and customer service skills across all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to manage, evaluate and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer internal and external SHE training courses with providers and venues.
• Maintain training databases and records for programmes, materials and attendance.
• Produce monthly attendance and annual budget reports for training.
• Create joining instructions, attendance certificates and feedback registers.
• Support SHE initiatives and act as an ambassador for SHE training.
