Job summary

Greencore Spalding Meals is seeking a SHE Manager to lead on safety culture at the site and ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards. You will drive visible safety leadership and support the operation with proactive risk management.

The role requires NEBOSH H&S and Environmental qualifications, substantial senior-level experience, and strong communication to influence across teams. The site is based on West Marsh Road, Spalding.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement SHE strategies to foster proactive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and policies.
• Develop and maintain the Health, Safety and Environment management system.
• Design, monitor and report SHE performance and trends with action plans.
• Coordinate SHE training for managers and ensure competence across the site.
