Job summary

Greencore in Boston is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to provide professional guidance and hands-on support across the site. You will develop local SHE procedures, improve health and safety culture, and ensure alignment with business policy and standards.

The role requires NEBOSH qualifications, solid SH&E experience, and proactive engagement with colleagues and leaders to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification required.
• Experience with operational Health, Safety and Environment essential.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation.
• Experience engaging with colleagues and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Health, Safety and Environment systems and plans to ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards.
• Coordinate risk assessments and safe systems of work, ensuring accurate information and policy adherence.
• Investigate incidents and manage records to meet statutory obligations and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HSE Manager to standardize practices across the site and promote a safety culture.
