Job summary

Shepley Spring Ltd. seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental standards across three Yorkshire sites. You will drive governance, risk reduction and continuous improvement, working closely with the Technical Director and Senior Leadership Team to embed a safe and sustainable culture.

This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role overseeing the EHS Coordinator team, while food safety and product quality remain with the Technical and Quality function.

Qualifications

• Relevant health and safety qualification, ideally NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level of professional competence.
• Chartered membership of IOSH, or demonstrable progress towards chartered status, is desirable.
• Significant HSE leadership experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the group HSE strategy for three sites.
• Set consistent HSE standards, objectives and improvement plans across all sites.
• Provide leadership, advice and reporting on risks, incidents and performance.
• Develop and mentor the EHS Coordinators and ensure site coverage.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to reduce environmental impact.
