Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Willand is seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will lead the site's SHE strategy and oversee a small team including two SHE Advisors while partnering with stakeholders to deliver a safe, compliant and sustainable operation.

Reporting to the Site Director, you will embed safety, health and environmental standards into everyday operations and drive continuous improvement across a large, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Extensive SHE leadership experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable SHE improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing能力 at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the site SHE strategy.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Drive a positive safety culture across the site through coaching and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and policies.
• Provide expert SHE guidance to operational teams and senior stakeholders.
