Howdens Joinery Limited in Raunds, Northamptonshire is seeking a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Business Partner to lead safety improvements across our busy logistics site. You will partner with senior leaders and operational teams to shape strategy, drive performance, and champion a culture where safety is at the heart of everything we do.

With 3–5 years in a fast-paced SHE role and a NEBOSH certificate, you will provide expert guidance on ISO 45001/14001 and deliver engaging training.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar SHE role.
• NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Environmental Management qualification (e.g., IEMA).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience delivering health, safety and environmental training.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Driving a positive and proactive safety culture across the site.
• Supporting the development and delivery of the site's SHE strategy and objectives.
• Providing expert guidance on all SHE matters to leaders and colleagues.
• Conducting inspections, audits and reviews to identify risks and drive improvement.
• Monitoring SHE performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leading risk assessments, safe systems of work and hazard identification.
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Designing and delivering engaging SHE training and awareness programmes.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
• Overseeing health monitoring activities and driver safety initiatives.
