Our Sudbury factory employs a workforce of 200, producing some of the UK’s most popular brands, including Go-Cat, Bakers, Purina ONE, BETA, and Pro Plan. This ancient market town, nestled in the heart of the Stour Valley, is surrounded by outstanding natural beauty, making Sudbury an ideal place for animal lovers. Additionally, London is just a 45-minute train ride away from nearby Colchester.
Manufacturing at Nestlé focuses on delivering perfect quality products to consumers at the right time and place while minimizing losses to maximize efficiency and productivity. This is particularly critical as we continue our journey towards becoming a LEAN Enterprise, representing the most significant change in our operations globally.
