Kier Group is seeking a SHE Manager to lead the Thames Water Framework team from Gerrards Cross, delivering best‑in‑class safety, health and environmental performance across regional and major STW projects.
You will implement the SHE strategy, drive cultural change at senior level, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 while supporting operations and reporting to senior leadership.
We're looking for a SHE Manager to join our Thames Water Framework working on our regional and major STW projects based in Gerrards Cross.
Location: Gerrards Cross - Sites across the Thames Water Region
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting and fast-paced manager role where you'll lead the Kier Thames Water SHE Team to deliver best in class safety, health, and environmental performance.
