Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced SHE Advisor for projects across the North of England, ideally around Leeds, with travel to Northern sites. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining safety and environmental standards on live construction projects, audits, and staff training.

Salary £40,000–£60,000 plus a company van or car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Excellent long-term career progression with a leading UK infrastructure contractor.

Location: North of England (Ideally based around Leeds with travel across Northern projects)

SHE Advisor Salary & Benefits

SHE Advisor Job Overview

• Provide practical SHE support across multiple live construction projects.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.

• Review RAMS, CoSHH, PUWER, LOLER and Fire compliance.
• Deliver toolbox talks and behavioural safety briefings.
• Lead accident, incident and near miss investigations.
