Job summary

Extension Recruitment is looking for an experienced SHE Advisor to join a major civil engineering infrastructure project in Basildon. You will provide health, safety and environmental support to site teams and help uphold site safety standards across the project.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate or higher, strong communication and stakeholder management, and site-based experience within construction. A competitive package including a bonus scheme and lodging support is on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous Health & Safety experience within construction or civil engineering.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and current H&S legislation.
• Site-based experience within a construction environment.

As a SHE Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting site operations, promoting a positive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on a major project. This position would suit a proactive SHE Advisor who enjoys working closely with operational teams and driving continual improvement across site activities.
