CPM Acquisition Corp. seeks a proactive IT support specialist to manage SharePoint environments, provide first-line support for business applications, and drive improvements in user guidance and documentation.

You will administer sites, permissions, and content, while assisting with migrations and forms workflows. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Formación

• Relevant IT qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in IT support, application support, SharePoint administration, or a similar technology support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and collaboration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience using service desk or ticketing systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Awareness of SharePoint Online administration, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft business applications.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, reporting tools, or similar technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support for SharePoint, SAP Business One, and other business applications, resolving routine user issues and escalating complex matters as required.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, lists, metadata, navigation, permissions, and user access per governance standards.
• Support system users by processing access requests, investigating issues, performing testing, maintaining documentation, and communicating changes.
• Assist with SharePoint content management activities, including migrations, site improvements, content reviews, and support for forms, workflows, and Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver user guidance, training, and knowledge resources to promote effective use of business systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the service desk system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate records.
• Maintain troubleshooting records, support documentation, and knowledge articles to support efficient service delivery.
