Job summary

Insight Investment is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Engineer to own and evolve the Client Portal and related estate. You will design, develop and operate SharePoint Online solutions, SPFx components and Power Platform automations, collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors.

You will combine development, support, architecture and governance, working with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms to deliver secure, scalable and observable solutions that enhance

Qualifications

Strong experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
Hands-on SPFx, TypeScript, JavaScript and React development.
Experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST API development and integration, and PowerShell automation.
Experience with Power Automate and Power Platform governance and administration.
Experience integrating SharePoint with Salesforce, Azure services, enterprise content management platforms and/or third‑party SaaS apps.
Understanding of Salesforce integration and data flows.
Experience with GitHub for source control and collaboration.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar AI coding tools is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder management and proactive learning skills.

Responsibilities

Own SharePoint Online platform and related solutions from design through deployment and operations.
Develop and maintain SPFx components and Power Platform automations.
Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, security and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
Mentor team members and contribute to platform modernization and governance initiatives.
Ensure secure coding practices and system observability using appropriate tools.
