Job summary

Lloyd's Register International in Shaftesbury is seeking a Team Administrator to join our Shared Services team. You will provide multifunction admin support to the Care Operations team, handling purchase orders processes, DBS and Right to Work checks, leavers and contract changes, invoicing, and payroll within deadlines.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail‑driven and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with deadlines.
  • Proactive, team‑focused mindset and reliable communication.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office apps.

Responsibilities

  • Support the processes of purchase orders.
  • Monitor DBS and Right to Work checks.
  • Process leavers and contract changes.
  • Assist with invoicing processes.
  • Process payroll within deadlines.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Shared Services team.

About the Role

As a Team Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring we provide multifunction admin support across our Care Operations team.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the processes of purchase orders
  • Monitoring the processing of DBS and Right to Work
  • Processing of leavers and contract change forms
  • Supporting with the invoicing process
  • Processing of payroll within deadlines set
  • Acting as a positive ambassadorfor the Shared Services team
