Job summary

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced change professional to lead utilisation, adoption and benefits realisation for the Shared Patient Record service. The role spans across health and care organisations to help clinicians and operational teams make better use of shared information for safer, coordinated, and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in digital transformation, change management, stakeholder engagement, training and development.
• Significant experience supporting adoption, implementation or optimisation of digital healthcare systems within the NHS or a similarly complex environment.
• Proven experience leading change management, stakeholder engagement and education to support digital transformation and service change.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption, utilisation and benefits realisation for the Shared Patient Record across partner organisations.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, demonstrations, training, user guidance and train-the-trainer activities.
• Analyse and report utilisation, adoption and benefits data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, digital, information governance and supplier stakeholders.
• Coordinate user enquiries, information governance requests and service issues through governance routes.
• Maintain communications, training resources, user guidance and standard operating procedures.
