Job summary

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting for a Band 7 Shared Patient Record Utilisation and Adoption Change Lead to drive adoption, utilisation and benefits realisation across partner organisations. You will lead engagement, training and communications to embed the Shared Patient Record into clinical and operational workflows.

The role requires experience in digital transformation in healthcare, strong change management and stakeholder skills, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting adoption, implementation or optimisation of digital healthcare systems in the NHS or similar complex environment.
• Proven change management, stakeholder engagement, training and communication skills for digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, information governance and interoperability benefits.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience with evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption, utilisation and benefits realisation for the Shared Patient Record across partner organisations.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, demonstrations, training, user guidance and train-the-trainer activities.
• Analyse utilisation, adoption and benefits data, identifying trends and targeted opportunities for improvement.
• Build effective relationships with clinical, operational, digital, information governance and supplier stakeholders.
• Manage user enquiries and coordinate information governance queries, enhancement requests and service issues through appropriate routes.
• Maintain accurate communications, training resources, user guidance and standard operating procedures.
