Job summary

Connells Group UK is seeking a Shared Ownership Sales Advisor to guide buyers from inquiry to completion on a development site. You’ll advise on shared ownership, affordability and eligibility while working closely with purchasers, housing associations and colleagues to ensure confidence and satisfaction at every step.

This consultative sales role rewards relationship-building, outstanding customer service and achievement of sales targets, with uncapped commission available.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency preferred.
• Passion for property, people and high standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confident, proactive and able to manage a busy development site.

Responsibilities

• Support buyers through every stage of the shared ownership journey.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership, affordability and eligibility.
• Collaborate with purchasers, housing associations and colleagues.
• Ensure customers feel informed, supported and confident throughout.
