Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor - New Homes in Fordingbridge to welcome buyers, showcase homes and guide them from inquiry to completion. You’ll build relationships with developers, colleagues and purchasers, keeping sales moving and delivering a positive customer experience.

£30k–£35k basic salary with OTE £45k, plus uncapped commission and a company car or car allowance. We offer award-winning training, clear career progression and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A strong sales background, whether in new homes, estate agency, car sales or another sector.
• A passion for property, people, and delivering high standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A confident, proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy development site
• Full UK driving licence

Connells Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Advisor - New Homes to join our exceptional team at Fordingbridge.

Experience in new homes or estate agency is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with a strong sales background from other sectors. If you’re confident building relationships and turning enquiries into sales, we’ll provide training and support to help you develop your career in new homes.

You’ll be the face of our client’s development, welcoming prospective buyers, showcasing the homes and guiding them from their first enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with developers, colleagues and purchasers, you’ll build lasting relationships, keep sales moving and deliver a positive customer experience.
