Connells is seeking an Affordable Homes Sales Advisor to join our Leominster development. You'll be the face of our new homes for shared ownership, guiding buyers from enquiry to keys and delivering an exceptional customer experience on site.

Experience in new homes sales is preferred, strong communication and presentation skills are required, and a full UK driving license is needed. This role offers award-winning training, clear career progression, and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other sectors will be considered
• A passion for property, people, and delivering high standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A confident, proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy development site
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our new homes developments for shared ownership
• Guide buyers through the enquiry-to-key process and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with developers, colleagues and purchasers to ensure smooth, professional sales on site
