As a key member of the Global Employer Services group, you will provide reward and share schemes services, supporting a range of clients. Your responsibilities include managing client portfolios, assisting with business development targets, and supporting senior staff in client work and group management.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience advising on tax treatment of share options and employee ownership schemes
• In-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS, reward tax, employment, NIC, and capital gains tax
• Expertise in split interest, freezer, and nil paid arrangements
• Experience in share valuations and liaising with HMRC
• Staff management and mentoring experience
• Awareness of accounting, employment law, and company law related to share incentives
• Experience dealing directly with clients, including fee negotiations
• Degree-level education (LLB preferred), and/or CTA, ATT, ACA qualification or equivalent
