Change Recruitment is recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager in Glasgow, offering a hybrid working pattern. The role focuses on building the in-house Internal Audit capability from the ground up, with ownership of the audit activity across the business and a practical, risk-based programme of assurance.

Qualifications

• Senior Internal Audit experience within Financial Services
• Experience leading audits and engaging with senior management
• Ability to design and implement an audit framework in a growing regulated business

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Internal Audit across the business with a broad operational focus
• Develop an audit approach suitable for a growing, regulated business
• Build and maintain the audit universe across key functions, processes and customer journeys
• Lead audits from scoping through fieldwork, reporting and follow-up
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and agree remedial actions
• Assist in defining future resourcing and structure of the function
