Job summary

RAFAKidz Shawbury is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to drive a stimulating learning environment in our RAF Shawbury setting. You will lead our hands-on team, ensure high standards of care, and closely monitor EYFS outcomes to plan engaging activities for every child.

As part of the RAFAKidz management group, you will mentor staff toward qualifications, model best practices, and contribute to nursery development while delivering exceptional childcare to the local RAF community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience at Level 3 in an early years environment.
• Good understanding of EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.
• Able to lead and motivate colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support their learning journey toward qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting.
• Lead and mentor staff as part of the management team, modelling best practices.
