Job summary

Consult in London is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Consultant for a highly visible consultancy assignment. The role focuses on validating findings, shaping data governance, identity resolution, and activation to enable scalable personalisation in a regulated environment.

You will coach client teams, review Tealium tracking and data collection, and define technical requirements for activation across channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Ability to review Tealium web tracking implementations.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, profile stitching, CDPs and personalization architectures.
• Experience defining technical requirements and target-state approaches for activation and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of real-time behavioural tracking, omnichannel personalization, experimentation, and next best action capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
• Advisory, validation and coaching capacity.

Responsibilities

• Validate findings from a previous technical audit covering data layer design, consent management, and identity resolution.
• Assess how Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Data Cloud exchange profile and behavioural data.
• Review Tealium web tracking and data collection across anonymous and authenticated user journeys.
• Analyse identity stitching, profile unification, and data ingestion processes, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
• Define the technical requirements needed to support scalable personalisation, activation, and customer experiences across channels.
• Provide guidance and coaching to client stakeholders and delivery teams, including senior audiences.
