Job summary

CloudCo Solutions Ltd in London is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant to join a fast-paced, client-focused team. You will lead requirement gatherings and design Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions, mentoring juniors on complex configurations.

Ideal candidates will have multi-cloud delivery experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. This hybrid role requires three days in the London office and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions focused on Marketing Strategy and Marketing Cloud capabilities.
• Own the Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud design on small to medium projects.
• Handle complex configuration of Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud; estimate and plan work.
• Run workshops to train clients, Administrators and Marketing teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues through shadowing and capability uplift.
• Support pre-sales by identifying future Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Core Cloud opportunities.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant

We are working with a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant to join their fast-paced, inclusive, and people-first organisation.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant, you will:

• Work closely with clients, presenting and facilitating requirement-gathering sessions, particularly those focused on Marketing Strategy and Marketing Cloud capabilities
• Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including marketing strategy, journeys and execution
• Understand AS-IS process flows and work with key client stakeholders to elicit TO-BE processes across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud/ Data360 and Core Clouds
• Gather, challenge and simplify client requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria that align to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud best practices
• Own the Marketing Cloud / Data360/ Data Cloud functional design on small to medium projects, including identity resolution, segmentation, journey flows and activation patterns
• Take responsibility for complex configuration of Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud, delegating where appropriate, and estimate and plan build work
• Run workshops to train clients, Administrators and Marketing teams on Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and activation use cases
• Mentor junior colleagues through shadowing and capability uplift
• Support pre-sales by identifying future Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Core Cloud opportunities

As well as the above requirements, they are looking for someone with several years’ end-to-end Salesforce project delivery experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, who can bring their Marketing Cloud knowledge, experience, and work ethic to support the smooth delivery of a wide range of projects. This role is a client-facing position, so excellent communication and presentation skills are required to confidently facilitate workshops and explain Marketing Cloud, cross-cloud and Data Cloud concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. A willingness to travel as and when required is also needed.
