Job summary

schuh is seeking a Junior Developer to join the CRM Systems and Audience team in Livingston. The role focuses on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and integrating CRM with connected systems, including training, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.

The role supports data flows, audience selection, and third‑party connectors (e.g., Vibes, Skyvia). It aims to improve customer experience and key KPIs while collaborating with CRM, Loyalty, and Ecommerce teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and CRM integrations.
• Strong SQL/data querying skills.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and HTML.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and automation.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support SFMC operations, audience management and data flows.
• Configure segments, automations and entry criteria.
• Monitor data feeds and third-party integrations.
• Provide training and first‑line SFMC support.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
• Ensure GDPR compliance across activities.
