Job summary

Quantum in London is expanding its CRM team and seeks a Technical CRM Executive to support email, SMS and messaging campaigns using SFMC or Adobe Campaign, HTML and SQL. You will help deliver automated, customer-centric experiences across channels, reporting into the CRM Technical Manager.

You'll manage data quality, monitor campaigns, handle Jira tickets, build new HTML modules, and assist with IP warm-ups and integrations.

Qualifications

• SFMC or Adobe Campaign experience is required.
• Strong SQL and data quality control experience.
• Good working knowledge of HTML for email.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Understanding APIs and JSON objects is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver results for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Internal SME for CRM-related systems and data controls.
• Support CRM team with troubleshooting, training and complex journeys.
• Manage new IP warm-ups and QA data-related changes.
• Monitor campaigns and data quality; manage automations & integrations.
• Build new HTML modules and troubleshoot rendering issues.
• Launch SMS and potentially WhatsApp within SFMC; cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Product, and Technology.
