Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in residential groundworks and setting out works to drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings.
• CSCS card and full UK driving/light vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Setting out house plots, foundations, roads, sewers and drainage as per drawings.
• Liaise with site managers and subcontractors to coordinate daily works.
• Check depths, levels and as-built records; ensure health and safety compliance.
