RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a residential housing project in Watford. You will oversee groundworks operations on site, manage labour and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard on a busy residential development.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings and levels, and a solid knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising groundworks on residential sites.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and RAMS.

Aufgaben

• Supervise groundworks teams and subcontractors on a residential development.
• Oversee foundations, drainage, excavation, concrete works, roads and external works.
• Read drawings, specifications and levels to guide works.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials to maintain progress.
• Liaise with Site Management, engineers and subcontractors to stay on programme.
• Check levels, line, falls and grade for accuracy.
• Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.
• Maintain site safety and RAMS compliance.
• Monitor quality and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep daily records of labour, plant, materials and site progress.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping on site.
