Acorn is offering a part-time Service and Operations Coordinator role in our Slough office. This Temp to Perm contract is 22.5 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with shift times 7:00am–3:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm on rotation.
You will provide administrative and operational support to service and operations teams, be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, manage documentation, coordinate subcontractor administration, and assist with invoicing and reporting.

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience within a maintenance, engineering, or service-led environment would be preferable
