About The Role

As our ServiceNow System Manager, you will shape our platform’s vision, roadmap, and performance, working closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders. Your role will drive adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement, making ServiceNow a key part of our service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the ServiceNow product vision aligned with market trends and business goals.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features for maximum value.
  • Lead workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain process maps aligning business needs with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver features and ensure timely releases.
  • Champion the platform internally and lead Service Desk as a Service implementation for clients.
  • Analyze usage, licensing, and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Embed ITIL v4 best practices into platform governance.
What will you bring?
  • Experience in platform or product management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience across project lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification (required).
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Product Owner) — highly desirable.
