Job description

Working within an industry-leading IT Service Management consultancy, you will be involved in a range of ServiceNow implementation projects, both working as part of a team and, when required, individually. Depending on the scope and scale of the project, you will be responsible for specific module development or an end-to-end implementation, from initial scoping and advising customers on potential solutions, through delivery, and into training and hand-over to internal teams. Additional training will be provided as required.

The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of ITSM tools and ITIL fundamentals, with hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, preferably with specialist consultancy experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem. ServiceNow-specific certifications are preferred, including System Administration (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS) across multiple product lines. Strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to appear credible and knowledgeable in front of clients. Ideally, you will have previously worked on multiple ServiceNow platform implementations with various clients, although this is not crucial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ServiceNow development expertise to join a highly respected team of consultants and developers.
