Need a Senior ServiceNow Developer, who will lead the development and implementation of complex solutions, acting as a technical expert and guiding organizations through their ServiceNow journey, while also ensuring adherence to best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including custom features and integrations.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to other developers and stakeholders.

Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience as a senior ServiceNow developer in multiple implementation projects in a customer-centric support role, preferably in the environment providing IT services.
- A detailed understanding of the user/business function, work process, and key business outputs.
- Detailed understanding of ITIL processes and application.
- Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise, and merging multiple instances.
- Strong work experience and associated projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementation.
- Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integration.
- Certified in CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS Discovery, ATF, and other relevant certifications.
