Job summary

Now Resourcing in the UK is partnering with a growing ServiceNow partner to recruit a Lead Technical Consultant. You will deliver complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM or SecOps, shaping design and technical direction while mentoring junior team members.

You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants, drive integrations and governance, and continue developing your expertise through ServiceNow training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow delivery across core modules.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading technical teams.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Own solution design, technical architecture and configuration across the Now Platform.
• Work directly with clients to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring ServiceNow best practices and development standards are followed.
• Mentor and support junior consultants and developers, helping to grow technical capability within the team.
• Support integrations, custom applications, workflows, automation and platform optimisation.
• Contribute to technical governance, estimates, solution proposals and continuous improvement.

Location: UK (Remote - occasional client site)

We are currently supporting a growing ServiceNow partner in the UK who are looking to build their practice with a Lead Technical Consultant on a permanent basis.

Working alongside experienced consultants, architects, and technical specialists, you'll take a key role in delivering complex ServiceNow solutions for a varied client portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to shape solution design, influence technical direction, and support the development of junior team members, while continuing to build your own expertise through ServiceNow training, learning paths, and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Own solution design, technical architecture and configuration across the Now Platform.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and complex technical projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, integrations and development.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring or technically leading other consultants/developers.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS or relevant specialist certifications are highly desirable.
