Job summary

Platform 6 Ltd. in London is seeking a ServiceNow IRM SME/Architect for a permanent hybrid role. The candidate will design and implement IRM workflows, configure risk management components, and lead integration efforts with internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules and configuration.
• Strong communication or consultancy skills.
• Certification in ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, pre-sales, IRM development and configuration of ServiceNow.
• Lead development, configuration and customization of IRM workflows.
• Design risk assessment methodologies and RAM scoring.
• Configure notifications, SLAs and reporting.
• Develop script objects: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs and Flows.
• Integrate IRM with internal/external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
