Job summary

Ubique Systems is seeking an Integration Engineer to design and develop secure ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems across regulated European environments.

The role focuses on scalable, real-time integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs, with emphasis on GDPR-compliant data exchange and strong security controls.

Work location is London/Manchester (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite); Inside IR35 contract requiring deep ServiceNow experience and integration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow integration experience.
• Proven experience working in regulated European organizations.
• Experience integrating cloud, security, IAM, monitoring, HR, and finance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build event-driven and real-time integrations.
• Create secure data exchange mechanisms aligned to GDPR requirements.
