Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to design secure, scalable ServiceNow integrations in regulated European environments. You will connect ServiceNow with cloud, IAM, monitoring, HR and finance platforms using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs, primarily from our London office.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow integration experience and a track record in regulated organisations, with a strong focus on GDPR data exchange, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow integration experience.
• Experience in regulated European organizations.
• Experience integrating cloud, security, IAM, monitoring, HR and finance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs
• Build event-driven and real-time integrations
• Create secure data exchange mechanisms aligned to GDPR requirements
• Support platform migrations and modernization initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance
