Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their team.

Note: To be appointed to this role, obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance is required. Successful applicants must have resided continuously within the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• User Experience: Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces, configure the Next Experience UI, and use UI Builder and Service Portal for dashboards and workflows.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Required Experience:

• Proven expertise with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on relevant workflows.
• Deep understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional travel to the nearest office.

Hiring process: two steps.

Salary: up to £75,000 annually DOE.

This is a direct hire full-time employee position (B2B contracts are not available).
