Morson Edge is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to lead the transformation of an HR Service Delivery environment toward a scalable, maintainable, and best-practice operating model.

The role focuses on reducing customization, addressing technical debt, and ensuring easy upgrades while promoting out-of-the-box functionality. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Experience leading platform transformation and optimisation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing HRSD implementation, including customisations, integrations, workflows, and data models.
• Identify technical debt, upgrade risks, and unsupported design patterns.
• Review HR processes against ServiceNow best practices.
• Define target-state architecture and roadmap.
• Drive adoption of out-of-the-box functionality.
• Retire bespoke workflows, scripts, and catalogue items where appropriate.
• Establish architecture governance, standards, and design principles.
• Support upgrade readiness and release management activities.
• Present architecture recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Support the development of a ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Centre.
