What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with clients from HR and systems backgrounds to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead client meetings, facilitate workshops, and maximize productivity.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and ServiceNow products.
• Lead offshore teams to design, configure, and test components for deployment.
• Build lasting client relationships and a professional network.

What will you need?

• Experience implementing at least one ServiceNow HR module.
• Certification in ServiceNow HR modules.
• Background as a Functional Consultant advising on HR process changes.
• Experience leading client meetings and workshops.
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, including offshore team management.

Skills and Extras

• Consultancy experience with pre-sales and business development.
• Experience in HR Operations within FTSE100 companies.
• Knowledge of other cloud HR packages like Oracle or Workday.
