Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a ServiceNow HAM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize hardware asset lifecycles, inventory tracking, and data integrity workflows on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HAM Pro.

You will lead end-to-end deployments, align HAM data with CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, and ITSM integrations, and run stakeholder workshops. Data migration and governance will be a key area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration and deployment experience with ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Pro modules.
• Solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, and ITSM integrations.
• Experience in leading client-facing workshops to define asset strategies and KPIs.
• Proven ability to cleanse, map, and migrate legacy asset data while upholding governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments of ServiceNow HAM Pro and manage hardware lifecycles from procurement to disposal.
• Align HAM data with CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM Discovery to reconcile assets with configuration items.
• Run client-facing workshops to define asset strategies, governance, and reporting KPIs.
• Drive data migration and quality efforts, ensuring governance and data integrity.
