Job summary

Skywaves Rise in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced ServiceNow HAM Consultant to design, implement and optimize hardware asset lifecycles, inventory tracking and data integrity workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration and deployment experience with ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Pro modules.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, and ITSM integrations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and architecture, including Glide, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer.
• Typically 3–8+ years of total IT experience, including multiple full-lifecycle ServiceNow ITAM/HAM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployments and configuration of ServiceNow HAM Pro, managing hardware lifecycles from procurement and receiving through retirement and disposal.
• Integrate and align HAM data with CMDB, Service Graph Connectors, and ITOM Discovery to reconcile physical assets with configuration items.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to define asset strategies, inventory governance, and reporting KPIs.
• Cleanse, map, and migrate legacy asset data into ServiceNow while maintaining strict data governance and data quality.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to optimize asset management processes and improve operational efficiency.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise hardware asset lifecycles, inventory tracking, and data integrity workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Pro, CMDB integration, ITOM Discovery, and asset lifecycle management. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve asset governance, automate processes, and ensure accurate and compliant hardware asset data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployments and configuration of ServiceNow HAM Pro, managing hardware lifecycles from procurement and receiving through retirement and disposal.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring, and technical decision‑making.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
• ITIL 4 Foundation

Preferred Industry Experience

• Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and governance requirements within UK financial institutions.
