Position: Engagement Manager – Remote working, UK based

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

I am currently recruiting for an Engagement Manager for a leading ServiceNow Partner. The role involves full project management responsibilities, including stakeholder management, planning & delivery, budget controls, and resource management. Due to the nature of the role, candidates should possess in-depth ServiceNow experience.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
  • Prince2 Certification

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, planning, delivery, and execution
  • Managing stakeholders and building client relationships to understand needs, articulate the value of solutions, and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Leading colleagues to ensure successful and timely delivery of multiple projects
  • Providing bid support, from preparation through presentation
  • Maintaining up-to-date ServiceNow product knowledge and ongoing learning
