Job summary

Infotel UK Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Prestwick, onsite for the first three months. You will analyze, design and implement ITSM solutions that align with client objectives and improve IT service delivery.

You will lead development, design platform architecture, facilitate ITIL processes, and mentor teams. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive approach to delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably in consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v3/ITIL 4).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Client-facing experience with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead development of systems implementation and integrations.
• Design ITIL processes: incident, problem, change, asset management.
• Provide governance metrics and continuous improvement guidance.
• Support service transitions and transformations.
• Deliver training and workshops for client teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to ensure delivery.
• Stay updated on ITSM trends to provide innovative solutions.
