Job summary

Infotel UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Prestwick, Scotland. You will work with clients to analyse, design, and implement ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving IT service delivery.

Responsibilities include ITSM design, platform architecture, ITIL-based processes, governance, and guiding through service transitions. You will lead development and integration efforts and train client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role, preferably in consultancy environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification preferred).
• Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant ITSM certifications are highly desirable.

Infotel UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to analyse, design, and implement ITSM frameworks, setting up ServiceNow instances from inception ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving overall IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow strategies, including, future-state ITSM process design, ServiceNow platform architecture design, security and role model design, integration assessment, mobile strategy
• Leading the team in development of the systems implementation and integration.
• Facilitate ITIL process design and adoption, including incident, problem, change, and asset management

• Support service transition and transformation projects to enhance service capabilities
