Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow developer to grow your career through a hybrid mix of project work and foundational activity, designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes and user experiences.

You’ll work with our Technology and Automation Development teams in a collaborative environment, delivering client-focused platforms from offices, client sites and home as part of a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience
• Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing workflow efficiency.
• Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analysing, and resolving performance issues.
