iO Associates are partnering with a fast-growing global ServiceNow consultancy seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a key enterprise client in London (hybrid) with occasional travel. This role blends hands-on development with stakeholder engagement, solution design, and customer advisory.

You will lead technical discussions, deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions, and collaborate with global teams while driving AI-driven innovation across the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in ITSM and HRSD.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with enterprise clients and leading technical discussions.
• Exposure to solution design, consulting or pre-sales.
