ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a multinational ServiceNow partner specialising in solving complex problems for enterprise customers, mainly in financial services.

In this engaging and varied role, you’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, defining processes and shaping solutions on ServiceNow projects at scale, working alongside some of the UK’s most experienced ServiceNow consultants.

The requirements for this role include:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management, data integrity and reporting
• Experience analysing large data sets and translating insights into actionable process improvements
• Proven ability to define complex processes for development teams and workflow design
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in international, multicultural and customer-facing environments
