Job summary

Nelson Frank is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple end customers. All candidates must be living in the UK to be considered.

The role focuses on architecture across Technology Service Management, Service Operations, CSM, HRSD and CMDB, with emphasis on integrations, governance, and platform optimisation. You will mentor developers and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Strong experience across Technology Service Management and Service Operations, with additional CSM, HRSD and CMDB.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting.
• CSA, CAD or CIS certifications.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and enterprise monitoring integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own ServiceNow architecture across TSM, TSOM, CSM, HRSD and CMDB capabilities.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across implementations, upgrades and platform optimisation.
