Job summary

Talen7 Workforce is seeking a Service Technician - Automotive to repair and service vehicles to the highest standards. You will diagnose, repair and report on service needs while delivering excellent customer service within a team environment.

The role requires a Level 3 qualified technician with a customer-focused approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to work safely. A UK driving licence is essential, with EV training and company benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vehicle technician qualification preferred.
• Experience with The Volkswagen Group brands is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive work from workshop controller and perform checks, admin and protection routines.
• Assess tool and equipment needs and communicate issues.
• Service and repair vehicles to high standards.
• Report additional repair requirements for authorisation.
• Complete admin tasks including warranty related procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and conduct road tests when needed.
